The wand chooses the Wizard. Each wand price varies on the rarity of the core, but Mr. Ollivander has graciously offered to give out all Muggle-born wands at $25 each.

Owl Service
To ensure communication between Muggle-borns and their parents, we've instituted a partnership with The Royal Mail (and USPS for our international American students) to transfer Owl-Delivered mail to Muggle Mail. $365 covers a year's worth of mail. Howler service rates do not apply.
